Community Meeting Spaces
Located in the heart of town, The Hershey Story is designed to be a warm and welcoming place to gather. Local residents and organizations are encouraged to utilize the museum’s flexible classroom and meeting spaces for their events.
- Meeting rooms are available free of charge to groups organized for cultural and educational purposes. Groups must be based in Derry Township.
- Meeting rooms are on the museum’s lower level and are accessible by stairs or elevator.
- Meetings must be held during regular museum hours.
- A group may request to use a room no more than once a month.
- Meetings may be scheduled up to three months in advance.
- All meeting room users must comply with The Hershey Story's meeting room policy.
- The individual in charge of a group meeting at The Hershey Story is responsible for checking in with the admissions desk upon arrival to confirm the room’s use and upon departure to report that all group members have left the meeting room.
