Dedicated to celebrating the life and legacy of Milton Hershey, this state-of-the-art facility tells his inspiring journey from failure to fortune using interactive exhibits and hands-on activities.
Upstairs, the Museum Experience, encourages visitors to explore the town of Hershey through
a series of engaging exhibits. Immerse yourself in a series of exhibits and engaging interactives; examine the
“bean to bar” process invented by Mr. Hershey; and see the world through the eyes of a
progressive industrialist whose philanthropy lives on.
Located downstairs at The Hershey Story, the Chocolate Lab combines learning and fun as guests try their hands at chocolate making, dipping and molding through playful, hands-on experiences. The Chocolate Lab—the place where chocolate making is a sweet recipe for learning about art and science.
Located on the first floor,
Café Zooka is the perfect place to grab a quick bite or enjoy a relaxing meal with friends and family.
Countries of Origin Chocolate Tasting, located within Café Zooka, is available throughout the day, affording guests of The Hershey Story the opportunity to sample warm drinking chocolate from around the world.
The Museum Shop offers unique Hershey merchandise, hard-to-find sweets, and distinctive souvenirs and keepsakes—the ideal way to bring a piece of The Hershey Story home.
FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE from
HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD
Now you can get from one sweet place to another, compliments of the Chocolate Avenue Shuttle! This service is free to guests visiting Hersheypark and Chocolate World. The shuttle's drop-off location is directly behind The Hershey Story, The Museum on Chocolate Avenue.
The shuttle is climate-controlled and has a 14-passenger capacity. It is handicap accessible, with an ADA-compliant wheelchair lift. *Shuttle hours vary. Call 717-534-8939 for the shuttle schedule.
