2. What is The M.S. Hershey Foundation? The M.S. Hershey Foundation is a
501(c)(3) non-profit organization, charged with preserving the gifts and wishes of Milton Hershey's legacy. Milton Hershey created the Foundation during the Great Depression to provide educational and cultural enrichment in Derry Township.
