Description: Follow traditional Pennsylvania German foods from field to table. Students explore the tastes, smells and textures of popular dishes by handling interesting and new objects as well as investigate unusual kitchen “tools.” They will also make biscuits and homemade butter! This program includes a docent-led tour of the new special exhibit – From Field to Feast: Pennsylvania German Food.
