Chocolate Lab tickets are available at the admissions desk on the day of the class on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited.  Classes are appropriate for adults as well as children, ages 4 and older.

Follow in Milton Hershey’s footsteps as you design your own candy bar. Discover the business behind the product as you choose ingredients to add based on flavor, appearance and your own preferences.

1:30 to 2:15 p.m.
Chocolate Bowl Blast
Create your own, edible milk chocolate bowl and finish it off with summertime hues of tinted white chocolate. Find out where and how cocoa beans are grown and processed into your favorite chocolate confections.  

2:45 to 3:30 p.m.
Build A Bar

4:00 to 4:45 p.m.
