Chocolate Lab classes often sell out, so purchase your tickets early! Please call 717-534-8939 to purchase tickets up to 7 days in advance. Walk-up tickets are also available on the day of the class.  Children must be at least 4 years old to enter the lab.

Try It with Truffles
In his first business, Milton Hershey sold hand-made confections in dazzling variety. Try your hand at creating your own, hand-made truffles in this class. Roll dark chocolate ganache, dip in chocolate and customize with your choice of toppings.  Also learn the surprising facts about how chocolate is grown and processed into our favorite candies.  

11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
The Heart of Chocolate
Follow in Milton Hershey’s footsteps as you design your own heart-shaped milk chocolate confection. Choose ingredients to add based on flavor, appearance and personal preference. Learn how Milton Hershey’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to create one of the world’s greatest chocolate businesses. Also learn how chocolate is grown and processed.
 
12:45 to 1:30 p.m.
